Ocean Dreams Brooklyn is an ambitious and long overdue, multi-tower, luxury lifestyle project along the famed Coney Island boardwalk. Currently under development by Red Apple Group with design by Hill|West Architects, Ocean Dreams is already making making waves throughout the industry as the first project of its caliber to reach the south Brooklyn shores. The project boasts 425 units across its 3 planned towers with a total of 454,813 SF of eclectic residential and retail space. The building will contain a full suite of upscale amenities such as an outdoor pool, outdoor entertainment space, a fitness center, rooftop terrace and valet services. Additionally, there will be a trolley connecting Ocean Dreams with the Stillwell Avenue subway station.
